Bio
Donnie Mak. Musician, singer, writer, performer, producer, sound smith, DJ. He wears many hats and walks in many different shoes. His music is as varied as his roles such as rock, country and pop.
He started out not having a great interest in music giving up on piano lessons after a couple years as a child. But in his freshman year of high school a friend asked if he knew how to play bass. "No but I'll get one and learn." was his reply and that was all she wrote. He's been making music ever since.
Playing in central and south Florida mostly he cut his musical teeth in cover bands. Then solos and duos out on the beach. Yes life was good. But he soon realized to be really satisfied as a musician he was going to have to use that creativity that was boiling up inside and write his own songs. And that is what leads us to the here and now.
He's finishing the many songs already in the works and continuing to add even more. Great things to come.
